My Favorite Things I Discovered in August.

Beeswax hair texture spray. || If you missed it, I chopped my hair last week and went way blonder. I love it. And this texture spray is the bestbestbest. First of all, it's under four dollars (what???) which is a rare price for something that is sulfate free and cruelty free. Second of all, IT WORKS.

Stranger Things. || August brought an epic binge watch of this show and I'm not sure what to do without it. It was SO good and so cute and I loved it!

This makeup case. || My favorite part of this is that the compartment separators can be moved around to create however many sections you need, or can even be completely taken out. It's super customizable for the size of your makeup and skincare.

Reusable K-Cups. || I saw a few friends post about these on instagram and had an "Oh, duh!" moment. I love the convenience of being able to make one cup of coffee at a time, but I hate having to buy individual cups. These are amazing! I also love that I can make whatever flavor of coffee I want, since it may not come in K cups (looking at you, blueberry muffin coffee).

Opalhouse Candles. || I bought a few of these at Target last week knowing they'd be my last non-fall candle purchase of the year. These smell SO good. They're gorgeous and seem to be long lasting, from what I can tell so far!

My Favorite Things I Discovered in July.

These shoes and this belt. || Unless you're brand new around here, you know that I have a fierce love of all the colorful things. Especially when it's summertime. Sometimes you just really need to have a neon moment, you feel? These were both on sale at Target and they're so fun. I will be wearing both of them every chance I get.

Vanilla bean creme brûlée k cups. || When my beloved coffee maker bit the dust earlier this year, I was pretty devastated to find out it had been discontinued. We ended up getting one that had both a coffee pot and a k cup side, so I (obviously) have used this opportunity to try alllll the k cup flavors.

These are delicious. And they're Target brand, so they're cheaper than normal k cups. Big, big fan.

Countertime skincare line. || HOLY GLOW, BATMAN. I know a lot of people switch to clean beauty to avoid toxins - and bravo to you! But I'm going to be honest and let the shallow side of me show and tell you I switched to clean beauty products because I just really, reallllllly wanted my face to stop breaking out. Turns out, it did the trick!

This is Beautycounter's newest line and it is MAGIC. It's anti-aging and in seven days has already smoothed my forehead lines (that I don't wanna talk about) out. It's plant-derived retinatural (haha - get it?) that works like retinol without being super bad for you. I've only been using it for a week, but I've used a lot of skincare lines (love trying new ones, it's a problem), and this is my favorite one so far. Also, they come in glass containers instead of plastic, which just feels super fancy, and YOU NEED THAT SOMETIMES, OKAY?!

What's something good you discovered in July?!

My Favorite Things I Discovered in June.

Happy planner notebooks. || I went to Michael's to get a notebook for my conference a few weeks ago, and this is the one I landed on. They had SO many adorable ones to choose from, but I got the one pictured above that says create your own sunshine. I've been writing in it every morning and it just makes me happy!

Chai tea lattes. || I love chai lattes. I hate how much sugar is typically in chai lattes. So when I saw an unsweetened chai latte mix at Target, I snatched it up. UM, DELICIOUS. Half of this, half unsweetened (vanilla, if you're feeling spicy) almond milk. It's become my favorite afternoon treat. Side note: Amazon has it for $9, but it's only $3 at Target!

Rebel ice cream. || Speaking of treats (and also hating how much sugar is in things), this ice cream is DELICIOUS. I hate how "healthier" ice cream tends to have a chemically taste, and this one doesn't. I've only tried the chocolate peanut butter flavor (which was AMAZING), but my mom says the mint chocolate chip one is good too.

True & Co bras. || I bought one of these bras on a whim at Target, and HOLY MOLY GOODNESS GRACIOUS. The most comfortable thing I've ever put on my body. It's like butter. I've since bought that one in another color and this one too. Now, I'm gonna level with you: These aren't the sexiest things I've ever seen. But they are the perfect everyday bra.

Red Closet Shop workout clothes. || We all know by now that I am obsessed with The Red Closet Shop. When they announced they were dropping an athleisure line, it was a no-brainer. I'm obsessed with it alllll. Perfect for working out (and also for not working out, let's be honest here).

My Favorite Things I Discovered in May.

Brazilian crush body spray || This smells like PURE SUMMER and I can't get enough of it. If you've ever tried (and been obsessed with the smell of) the Sol De Janeiro bum bum cream, this is for you!

Moon cheese || In an effort to eat less carbs during the week, I've tried to replace my desperate need for chips with things like cheese. But sometimes you just need something crunchy and salty, you know? These do the job.

Lavender body oil || I've been basically bathing myself in this before bed. The smell helps me fall asleep (no easy task, let me tell ya) and I wake up to the softest skin ever.

This blow out cream || I'm gonna let you in on a little secret: I have used this to actually dry my hair approximately one time. The rest of the times, I've been putting it in my hair while it's still wet and just letting it dry. It's SO GOOD. Something about it fights the insane humidity that will be here from now until Christmas (thanks, Florida). It makes my hair not frizzy without weighing it down. And it also is a really good actual blow out cream, if you have your life together enough to blow dry your hair (aka, not me).

Birthday cake almond butter || This tastes just like birthday cake, but it's almond butter. I've been adding it to my smoothies and it makes them taste like a cake batter milkshake. SO GOOD.

My Favorite Things I Discovered in April.

via
Thrive Cosmetics || I'm on a mission to try all of the clean makeup (mostly because as of last year, I can't wear normal makeup without my face breaking out immediately). When I saw this article on Buzzfeed that claimed it made your skin look like you had an instagram filter on, I knew Thrive would be my next purchase. I got the buildable blur and setting powder set. I'm a fan!

Billie razors || Lindsay posted about trying all the trendy razors a few months back, and these emerged the victor. Let me say this, I have insanely sensitive skin when it comes to shaving. I almost always have razor burn. It's a struggle. And these are the best razors I've ever used. Plus, they're cheaper than the ones I was using before!

Cremo shaving cream || I posted about this on my stories and summed it up this way: This shaving cream is so good that it made me excited about a shaving cream, which is saying a lot. It's thick and creamy without being sticky. Also, it smells like a tropical vacation, so that's a win.

These Korean sheet masks || I'm trying to think of a way to explain what these do to my face and I'm coming up short. They're insanely hydrating, make me look like I actually got a good night's sleep the night before, smooth everything out, and don't break me out (that alone is a tall order). Basically, they're magic. AND they're on amazon, so they arrive in 48 hours. Magic, I tell you. Pro tip: Keep them in the fridge to make them even better.

Stars Above pajamas. || Target's newest pajama line is made up of, hands down, the most comfortable, coziest pajamas I've ever worn. So. Freakin'. Soft. I consider myself a pajama connoisseur (what does it say about me that I'm proud of that?) and this check all the boxes. I love them.

My Favorite Things I Discovered in March.

These shoes from TargetMy friend Lindsay told me about these and I'm OBSESSED with them. Leopard tennis shoes...yes please. They're so cute with jeans and cutoffs, and I know I'll wear them all summer, too. They definitely run big. I usually wear a 9 1/2, I got a 9 and they were still a little big. Definitely size down if you get some.

This hair mask. Lindsay also recommended this hair mask and it's SO good. It makes my hair so soft and shiny without weighing it down or making it oily. I've been using it once a week and loving it.

My new bedding! Amazon came through with this duvet and I'm obsessed.

Pillow spray. This isn't the exact one I got (found mine at TJ Maxx, of course), but it is that scent. I also got a eucalyptus one and I spray them both on my pillow before going to sleep. It's so relaxing and refreshing.

Did you discover anything new and recommendation-worthy this month?! Happy Friday! Hope you have the best weekend ever!

My Favorite Things I Discovered This Month: February 2019.

Vita body blur. || This is expensive, but it's probably going to last me my whole life, because a little goes a looooong way, and it's definitely not an everyday thing. Unless, of course, you go out on the town every day and wanna be glam, in which case, you go, Dolly Parton! Every day for you! It's basically a bronzer/concealer/spray tan all in one that washes off. I bought this on a whim (AKA, I was having a bad day that spiraled into a treat yo'self moment and saw Becca Tilley post about this) and I'm so glad I did! It makes my legs look like 15% as good as a Victoria Secret model's legs, and really, isn't that all anyone can ask for?

Target cleaners. ||  Target has these new cleaners that are branded "Smells like...." and are also ONLY $1.59. "Smells like a citrus grove" is my favorite one, and it makes my house smell SO GOOOOOD. Side note: Is this what being an adult is? Being excited about cheap house cleaning products? Bless.

Zit patches. || Non-gross description: These are magic and if you ever break out, you need them. More detailed, kinda gross description: You know how when you start to get a zit, but it's not ready to come to the surface? So you either A) Have the patience of a monk and chill out for a few days with a mountain on your face, just dreading what's coming, or B) Are me, and try to pop it anyway, ending up with a bloody mess that looks way worse that the zit (that's still coming, by the way) would've looked had you just waited. These take care of that.

I don't know how they work, but if you're starting to get a pimple, you put the little sticker on before you go to bed (or during the day, doesn't matter) and roughly 8 hours later, all the gunky stuff that was under the surface was brought to the top and is now stuck to the sticker. See? Magic.

Lemon and mint tea. || Lauryn Evarts from The Skinny Confidential is always posting lemon and mint tea in her instagram stories, so I decided to try it. Oh my gosh, it's so nice! Just some lemon and fresh mint leaves in a cup of hot water. It's supposedly really good for bloat and detoxing, but also it's just delicious and refreshing. I've been making it every morning this month and I love it!

My Favorite Things I Discovered in January.

This robe. || My mom got me this Kate Spade robe for Christmas and it is, quite honestly, the new love of my life.

Simple Habit app. || While this isn't a January discovery, I used this almost daily in January. It's been so helpful to me, and if you struggle with quieting your mind, I highly recommend it.

This pitcher with a strainer. || If you love infusing your water with fruit and herbs but don't like getting the occasional chunk of mint or lemon when you're drinking it, this is for you. It's the cutest little glass jar (that makes me feel so fancy) and the lid has a built in strainer. So put whatever you want in the jar, but only liquid is coming out. It's so good!

Skincare fridge. || I got a tiny pink fridge to start keeping my skincare stuff (and eye masks) in, and it's the most extra thing I've ever done. I LOVE IT. Just gonna level with you, this was 50% off when I got it. It's now listed at $72, which is a bummer, but here are some cheaper options: this one is $30 and this one is $37.

Impress nails. || You're going to think I'm crazy, but I have to tell you something: I'm a stick-on nails convert now. It sounds ridiculous, but I've been wearing $6 press on nails and they look better than my nails look when I get them dipped (or even gel). They last 5-7ish days, which is about how long anything else lasts on my nails. Grab some next time you're at Target and just give them a go. Depending on the style, some of them are a little off if you look toooo close, but hey, $6...I'll take it.

Fabric shaver. || I got this for my Poshmark ventures and after seeing how new it makes clothes look, I immediately took it for a spin in my own closet. You know how you have some clothes that you've had for so long or have washed so many times, the fabric starts pilling up in little balls? This takes care of it for less that $10.

Fabric steamer. || Also originally for Poshmark, this has changed my life. Whenever something is wrinkled, I toss it in the dryer. Which means if something I'm trying to avoid shrinking is wrinkled, I'm out of luck. NO MORE. This is magic. It also makes me feel like an adult who has her life together, which is an illusion I am super here for.

My Favorite Things I Discovered in November.

My favorite coffee maker. || This isn't a new discovery, but the price is. This coffee pot has been used daily (sometimes several times a day) for SEVEN YEARS. It was time to get a new one, and I was so happy to see that 1) They still make it! And 2) It's dropped from the $230 price tag it was seven years ago to under $100. If you're in the market for a new coffee maker, I love this one.

This beanie with a SPACE FOR YOUR BUN. WHAT. || I loooove beanie season. I also have a strong love affair with messy buns. This is the best of both worlds and it's so. stinking. cute. Also, I've worn it with my hair down, and the hole in the top of it isn't noticeable at all.

This brie recipe. || This was technically an October discovery, but it's worth putting here. My girl Kait told me about this recipe (I trust everything she says, but especially when it comes to food). I made it for Halloween and it was such a hit that my best friends then all made it for their Thanksgivings and loved it! If you want something that's easy but also impressive for a holiday party, this is a winner.

Spanx leggings. || After wanting to try these forever and then removing them from my cart because of the price, I finally caved and had a "treat yo'self" moment and OH MY GOODNESS, they're worth every penny. If you wear leggings at all, you need these. They look fancy (I would totally wear them to work), they feel like butter, and they're fitted and suck everything in/smooth everything over without feeling uncomfortably tight. 10/10 would recommend.

My Favorite Things I've Discovered in October.

How in the whole wide world is October coming to a close?! Aside from a nasty little visit from the stomach flu, October was a pretty magical month, and I discovered some new favorite things:

The Beachwaver. || I have wanted to try the beachwaver forever and was so excited to finally get the chance to! It. Is. Amazing. If you don't know what it is, it's basically a curling iron that does all the work for you. You clip the end of your hair in at the end of the curling iron, then press one of the arrow buttons telling it which direction you want your curl to go, then presto! Even, bouncy waves. It's magical and I'm obsessed.

Expensive, yes. Worth it, also yes. The waves in the picture above took me roughly seven minutes to do. Highly recommend.

Downy Unstoppables scent boosters || I can only use unscented, free & clear laundry detergent because anything else breaks my skin out and makes me super itchy. But I decided to risk it and try these, and I'm a fan! Now all our clothes smell amazing.

Webster's Pages composition planner || If you are like me, you love planners, but have never found a planner that quite fits what you need. I end up rotating several notebooks of to-do lists and ideas at a time. If that's you, YOU NEED THIS. It is a magical little contraption that holds four notebooks. So basically, you get to make your own planner. I have mine set up like: Daily to-do list book, goal book, blog book, running list book. ALL IN ONE. My mom gave me this and I have no idea how I've gone my whole life without it.

Brandless. || I've heard about this so many times and seen lots of bloggers I know post about it, and I finally got around to trying it this month. I'm a fan! The concept is that you're not paying for a brand or fancy packaging, so everything on the website is three dollars. Definitely look at the size when you order, because some things are cheaper than $3 at the store, but there's a lot of things on there that are great deals. Some favorites: The pretzel thins, almond butter, and vegetable broth packs. If you use my referral link you'll get $6 off your first order!

My Favorite Things I Discovered in September.

This fuzzy cozy cardigan. Give me something cute and comfortable, and I'm a happy camper. This fits the bill. It's so cute, but also feels like you're casually wearing a robe in public. WIN-WIN-WIN.

Witch hazel spray. My friend has been using witch hazel toner for a few months now and can't stop raving about it. When I went to pick up a bottle of my own, I noticed there was a spray version. I got the lavender and it is so refreshing! Such a pick-me-up, especially since we're still in the middle of 90 degree days over here.

Freezer sleeping mask. You know I've been raving about my freezer eye mask for months, but guys, I have taken it next. freaking. level. It's a sleep mask and a freezer mask. Block all the light out, sleep better, and get rid of headaches and puffy eyes. A M A Z I N G.

Coffee protein shakes. I was watching someone's instagram story and saw that they were making a blended coffee with protein powder and I thought that was GENIUS. I tried it and holy crap, I'm obsessed. I use this powder which has no added sugar (PRAISE), is high protein, and has a bunch of greens added. So I'm basically drinking a frappuccino, but with no sugar and kale and brocolli, AND it fills me up. This is insane and also the best.

These hair ties. I feel like I'm probably the last person on the planet to try these, but I LOVE THEM. I don't know what kinda black magic they use, but they don't pull my hair, and they don't leave creases. I had to use a normal hair tie the other day and was like, what is this crap?! So you could say I'm converted.

My Favorite Things I've Discovered in August.

Hushup + Hustle blender bombs. || These. Are. Everything. Cocoa + Almond Butter + Coffee is my favorite flavor! I don't know how, but one little bomb (full of clean, healthy ingredients) adds so much flavor and texture to smoothies, and fills you up for hours. It's magic. For real.

This mini coffee frother || under seven bucks and works like a charm! It's had to mix cinnamon in with coffee without it just sinking to the bottom (things you learn when you give up creamer), but this little guy does the trick! I've also tried it with milk in my afternoon coffee, and it froths it up like a coffee shop!

Beautycounter|| I mentioned last week that my beloved makeup has turned on me and started wreaking havoc on my skin. I thought if I took a little break and tried some cleaner makeup for a little while, it might help things clear up. I'll do a whole post on this soon, but spoiler: I love it! As does my skin.

Oh Snap! pickled veggies. || I love pickles, but I'm allergic to cucumbers (so sad, I know). BUT Oh Snap! now makes pickles with veggies other than cucumbers, and I'm so happy! I've only tried the snap peas so far, but they're so good...crispy and refreshing, just like a classic pickle!

Key Lime LaCroix. || I don't know how they did this, but this zero calorie, zero everything drink tastes like meringue. It is delicious. I've only been able to find it at my Target, so check yours!

Free People Dupes. || I've been loving the look of these Free People shoes. I think they're so cute, but they're also $200, so no. Not happening right now. Imagine my surprise when these shoes showed up at Target. Seriously, almost identical, except they're $170 cheaper. I got them in the cognac color and I love them. They're going to be so cute all fall!

Red Refresh tea. ||  I go through phases with tea, and I'm definitely in a big tea phase right now. I've been making a pitcher of this tea on ice every morning and drinking it throughout the day. It's so refreshing! If you've ever had the passionfruit lemonade at Starbucks, it kind of reminds me of that!

My Favorite Things I've Discovered in July.

My July discoveries were majorly cheap (or even FREE) and majorly about daily pampering. There two things don't tend to go hand in hand (Am I the only one who sometimes reads a blog post of how to treat yourself and ends up feeling like I need roughly $200 of products?) so I am thrilled. Let's get to it.

PS: These are affiliate links. I'll make (literally) a few pennies if you click on them. Carry on!

1) This gel eye mask. My favorite thing this month (and honestly, maybe the entire year or like, MY WHOLE LIFE) was $7.99. Please do yourself a favor and buy it. You can make it warm or cold, and it's magical. I keep it in my freezer and use it every day, but especially when I have a headache. Puffy eyes, headache, feel tired, feel just blah? This works some magic. You need it. I loved it so much I immediately bought my mom and best friend one. Everybody in my life will be getting these as gifts. I love them that much.

2) Lymphatic drainage massage. My new favorite way to treat myself FOR FREE.  I was listening to The Morning Toast (my favorite podcast!) And Lauren from The Skinny Confidential was on as a guest. She talked about this and a few google searches later, I was hooked. I've been doing this every day for a few weeks, and it works. My face is less puffy when I do it, I look more awake, and honestly, my skin just looks better. There are tons of tutorials on youtube, but I like this one, this one, and this one.

3) Microneedling. Lindsay did a post on this awhile back, and it intrigued me, but also scared me. But having ventured into the world of facial massage and feeling like where has this been all my life?! I wondered if microneedling was something like that. Plus, Lindsay could tell me to rub diet coke on my face before bed every night and I'd probably do it. She's trustworthy like that. I've only been doing this for about a week and a half, but honestly, aside from travel breakouts (ugh, airplanes) my skin has been looking pretty amazing. I'm excited to see what longterm results I see from doing it!

4) Ice roller. While yes, this technically helps with inflammation and overall puffiness, it also just feels REALLY freaking good. Like, amazing. It lives in my freezer and I use it every single morning. It's supposed to tighten pores and wrinkles, de-puff your face and eyes, increase blood flow, and a bunch of other good stuff. And while I totally believe it does those things, it also wakes me up and makes me feel really refreshed, so it's a winner.

5) Sheet masks. ONE DOLLAR for a pampering sesh. Seriously? If you've got Amazon Prime, here's a 16 pack for $9. I don't know why I've never used sheet masks before now, but I'm obsessed.

6) Under-eye masks.  At $3.41 for TWO packs of 15, add this to your cart for the next time you buy anything on Amazon (it's an add-on item). Puffy under-eye? Be gone. Dark circles? Bye, girl. I love me some collagen, so slap these on your eye wrinkles and let that goodness sink in. PRO-TIP: Put them in the fridge before you use them. Heavenly.

My Favorite Things I've Discovered in June.

Foam dry shampoo || I'm loving this for the days I wear my hair wavy. It scrunches in instead of spraying, so it soaks in instead of having to rub it in, so my waves stay intact! It also adds volume, which is a big win.

Sally Hansen insta-dri nail polish || I've always been an Essie & OPI girl, but as of late (read: as of having a toddler) my nails constantly look like crap because I paint them and immediately mess them up before they've had time to dry. This nail polish dries in 60 seconds (like, touch it and you're fine, all the way dry, kinda dry) and I don't know that I'll ever go back. This is the prettiest (extremely light) lavender and this is my favorite (white nails forever).

Poshmark || I bought my dress for a wedding off Poshmark in January, just because I googled the named of the dress I wanted and it popped up on there for 75% off. When I needed another dress, I thought I'd look on poshmark, and after getting sucked into it for a few hours decided to list a few things on there and see if I had any luck. I've sold several things this week and it's been so fun!

It's like a virtual thrift store and I'm obsessed. Here's my closet if you wanna take a peek at the things I've got listed, and if you decide to sign up to list some of your own things, you can use the invite code CHELSEABYARS and we'll both get some free money.

My Favorite Things I Discovered in May.

This flamingo water bottle. It was $3 in the Target dollar spot! I can't find it online to link to it, but it's still at Target.

Macadamia nut milk. I fully credit this (and also my stubborness) for being able to quit sugary creamer so fast.

Lucky's. I discovered Lucky's Market this month and hello, heaven. HOW have I lived in Gainesville for two entire years and never ventured into this magical place?! There aren't a ton of things I refer to as life-changing, but Lucky's is one of them.

Chocolate coconut coffee. Discovered at Lucky's. 1) It's delicious. 2) I told you Lucky's was life-changing.

This bralette. I actually bought this two months ago and it fell out of the bag and has been under my seat since, only to be discovered a few weeks ago. But it's so cute! It's so comfy, lined enough that you can wear it as an actual bra without giving somebody a show, but cute enough (and covers enough) that it can peek through without looking sleazy. 10/10. (I got the peach beach floral pattern).

Magnesium. I wrote that I'd been taking melatonin and a lot of you guys told me how bad that was for me. Some of you recommended magnesium instead. I bought some and it's been doing the trick! Plus, no insane dreams or nightmares, which is a big win. I will say it takes longer to work, so I try to drink it about 45 minutes before I go to bed.

What fun things have you discovered this month?

My Favorite Things I Discovered in March.

This bathing suit || It's so flattering. While I'm sure this looks amazing on curvy ladies, if you are one of my flat-chested friends riding the swimsuit struggle bus with me, this is for you. It's adorable, just the right amount of cheeky, and super flattering (and also looks real cute with high-waisted shorts!). As a bonus, I ran all over the beach in it and it stayed put, so it's Jack-at-the-beach-friendly.

Olly Restful Sleep Gummies || I am awful at sleeping. Always have been. One of my few memories of kindergarten is wondering how everybody else could fall asleep on demand at naptime.

I've tried everything - cutting down on caffeine and alcohol, eating earlier, eating later, no screentime after 9, lavender oil...I still suck at sleeping. I get amazing sleep when I take Z-quil, but it gives me about a two-hour sleep-hangover when I wake up, and that's just not feasible with an energetic two-year-old in the house.

I tried melatonin years ago and had a horrible reaction (I hallucinated cats) but I'm desperate, so I tried again with these gummies. I've been taking them for two months now, but it took my body a bit to adjust (AKA stop having insane dreams). Now that I'm used to them though, I'm a huge fan. I fall asleep much faster, stay sleep much longer, and there's no icky feeling the next day, no matter how early I wake up.

Ghee || I know I'm way behind on this, but I've never bought ghee before this month. I also know a lot of people use this for healthy fats, but I bought it because it doesn't burn as easily as butter. I've been sauteeing my veggies in this one from Trader Joe's and it is delicious!

Acai bowls || I had my first acai bowl in North Carolina this summer and have been trying (and failing) to copy them ever since. But a Vale Food Co opened up by my house, and my life has been changed. I would eat one of these babies for every meal if I could. Have you ever had one? Better yet, can someone tell me how to make these at home?!

My Favorite Things I've Discovered in February.

Coconut Almond protein shakes. I wrote about my love for Vega protein + greens last month because I love being able to get spinach and kale and broccoli in a smoothie without sucking chewed up kale through a straw or (most importantly) being able to taste it. I went through the chocolate flavor pretty quick, and when I went to buy it again I saw this one. It tastes just like a pina colada. Seriously, so delicious. No added sugar, lots of protein, lots of greens, and PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE. Winwinwin.

Pacific Breeze & Coconut Clorox Wipes. Am I 80 years old that I got excited about Clorox wipes this month? Maybe. But here's the things...I hate the way disinfectant cleaners smell. But I'm gonna use them anyway, because, Jack. But these smell like a vacation. An actual vacation. Side note: No idea why they're so expensive on Amazon, I got them at Target for the same price as normal Clorox wipes.

Up and Vanished Podcast. You know I love a good mystery podcast. I found this one by Googling "podcasts similar to Dirty John." While it wasn't as good as that one (just different-in my opinion, at least) it was fascinating. A case that had been cold for over a decade finally got some traction because of this podcast, and to see that play out was crazy.

This bathing suit. Target comes through again with this one-piece. It's so cute, so comfortable, and just reminds me of summer. I feel like it would be flattering on any body-type, and I love that.

What have you discovered this month that I need to know about?

My Favorite Things I Discovered in January.

Near the beginning of last year, I wrote a post about my favorite things I discovered in 2016. This month, I tried to do the same with 2017, and my brain stopped working. I couldn't think of a single thing I had discovered throughout the whole entire year. It's fine.

Anyway, it made me think that it might be better to do this at the end of every month instead of the whole year. That way me and my unworking brain won't forget things, and we'll get to discover them together.

Yoga with Adriene True. I've talked before about how her yoga challenges are my favorite, but this one is the best one yet. It's refreshing and motivating and goodness, if you've ever wanted to try yoga, you need to do it.

Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay. I've always had really good skin, but in the last year, if I'm stressed, I breakout. If I don't sleep good, I breakout. If I eat something other than a vegetable, I breakout. At the beginning of January I decided to stop using everything and stick to one face wash, one serum, and one face mask for two months and see if that helps (I'll let you know!) and while I was trying to decide what to order, I saw this on buzzfeed.

^^that's after 5 days. Obvs I ordered it. And no joke, the picture above is 100% accurate. It's magic. It also is $8 for a POUND of powder, and you mix just a spoonful with apple cider vinegar whenever you want to make a mask. So basically this will last me forever.

Oui Yogurt. Sam and I discovered this on a New Year's trip. It's the little glass jars of yogurt, because apparently that's how they do it in France (Someone move me to France, please). Let me just throw this out there: There is no way on earth this is healthy for you. It's basically ice cream. But it is so delicious. And I dare you to start your day eating fancy yogurt from a tiny glass jar and not feel like the freaking queen of your neighborhood.

Vega protein and greens. I love a good protein shake. (Correction: I love a good cheeseburger, but, you do what ya gotta do). I hate finding a protein powder I love and realizing I basically could have eaten a piece of cake for all the sugar they added in there. This one has no added sugar, and it has greens (kale and spinach and broccoli). I am never going to be able to throw those things in a smoothie and enjoy it. This, though, is chocolate, and I blend it up with a spoonful of peanut butter and actually like it.

What things did you discover this month?
