don’t worry about tomorrow,
for it may never come.
we can raise our cups to yesterday,
but it’s already gone.
let’s just focus on today,
no matter how hard it may be.
I kind of like the here and now,
because here and now has you and me.
I don't think anyone could have said it better. I often struggle to stay present in the here and now. I used to be extremly nostalgic and look back more than I should, but now it's more worrying about the future. I'm pretty good about putting the worry in the back of my head, but my husband and I are looking at some big changes in the future and I'm worried I don't know what the RIGHT decision is now. Does that make sense?
But anyway, you have a fabulous way with words and this spoke to me, so thank you.
